Reservation Notice

Definitions of Weekday and Weekend/Holiday

• Weekday: Sundays-Fridays
• Weekend/Holiday: Saturdays, public holidays, and long weekends
• Room rates of Chinese New Year holidays and summer vacation shall be subject to further announcement.

Rooms for the next two months are open for reservation on the 1st of every month.

*For example, rooms for March are opened for reservation on January 1st and rooms for April are opened for reservation on February 1st.
Online Reservations: available at 12:00 a.m. (Accommodation vouchers, travel agencies, and transportation companies are not allowed to book through the official website)

Rules of Reservations by Phone (online booking is not applicable)

1. The rules follow the “Standard Contract“ promulgated by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau.
2. After confirming the reservation, please prepay a 30% deposit within 7 days.
3. To cancel or change the reservation, please call us 14 days before the check-in date.
4. For those who need to get their refund through ATM transfer or remittance payment, a TWD 30 handling fee will be incurred.
5. If punctual check-in is unavailable because of the typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure (based on a public announcement made by the Hsinchu County Government or the Government where the guests are located), please contact our reservation staff through a phone call to have your reservation postponed or canceled (a handling fee of 100 yuan is required). For postponement, the deposit will be reserved for usage within 3 months. Guests who fail to check in or have their check-in postponed on time are considered to be giving up on their rights to check in and will thus have their deposit confiscated.

Deposit Refund Policy (online booking is not applicable)

According to the “Standard Contract“ promulgated by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau, the deposit payment is 30% of the grand total, and the fee of cancellation is charged as the following:

1. Cancellation on the check-in date or no-show is subject to a fee of 100% of the deposit.
2. Cancellation on 1 day before check-in is subject to a fee of 80% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.
3. Cancellations 2 to 3 days before check-in are subject to a fee of 70% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.
4. Cancellations 4 to 6 days before check-in are subject to a fee of 60% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.
5. Cancellation 7 to 9 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 50% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.
6. Cancellations 10 to 13 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 30% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.
7. Cancellations 14 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 0% of the deposit + TWD 30 handling fee.

*Kindly note:

The rules for online reservations on the official website are different from those for telephone reservations: full payment is required for online reservations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please cancel on the official website 3 days (including 3 days) before check-in.

Accommodation Reminder

-Please be sure to read carefully-

• Please check in at the Main Building first, to receive your meal voucher and activity coupon.
• When registering, you must hold the "booker's personal certificate (eg: passport)" to prevent the order from being stolen and affecting your rights and interests.
• If punctual check-in is unavailable because of the typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure (based on a public announcement made by the Hsinchu County Government), Please take the initiative to contact us.
• Dogs, cats, and other mammals are not allowed in the rooms (except for guide dogs, which must wear coveralls).

Guest Room Notice

• Room type will be assigned upon check-in, room type selection is unavailable. Photos are for reference only.
• Hot water for shower is available between 17:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Kindly avoid wearing indoor slippers to outdoors to prevent slip and fall accidents.
• Mineral water is not provided in the room, and the cold water in the bathroom is mountain spring water, which can be boiled in a quick-boiler (be careful of scalding) or served in the drinking fountains (Location: the main building's left side -besides 201/opposite 301, Chalet area -opposite 511/512, Chinese and Western restaurants and cafes).
• The farm advocates a "smoke-free environment". If you need to smoke, please go to the smoking area at the farm gate.
• No elevator for all room types, so we recommend traveling with light luggage.
• According to Taiwan's law, "the hotel industry is not allowed to provide medicines", please be sure to bring your own medicines.
• Non-disposable toiletries in the guest room are not allowed to be taken away without authorization. If you want to buy guest room bedding (pillows, quilts) or large and small towels, please contact the counter.
• Please use the room equipment and farm facilities with care, If damage or loss to property in the room is caused, please repay in full price.
• Please keep your voice down after 10:00 p.m., otherwise, it will affect the peace of other guests. If you do not listen to the advice and the circumstances are serious, you will call the police and the accommodation contract will be terminated.

Guided tours and evening activities

• Participation does no reservation required.
• Evening activities: Every day at 7:00 p.m., evening activities will be held in the meeting room of the coffee shop, where a video of Sheipa National Park (about 30 minutes) and an introduction to the itinerary for the next day will be played.
• Every day at 8:00 a.m. National Park Tour - Dalu Lindao West Line, those who want to participate will gather at the square in front of the main building on time, kindly check out first before taking the tour and must drive by yourself (no shuttle).
• Farm and Yemakan Mountain Tour starts 1:30 p.m. (one tour per day), for guests taking the tour, please wear comfortable clothes and be ready at the meeting point on time.
• Evening activities may be adjusted due to special festivals or events; guided tour activities may be adjusted due to weather factors or national park policies, and the actual announcement is based on the farm.
